Submit Artwork

If you are interested in showing us your artwork, our Art Review Board is interested and very willing to see it. There are many questions that inquiring artists have asked and we have compiled a Frequently Asked Questions section to address most questions you may have.

Artists Submission FAQ

Q. What kinds of artwork are you currently interested in seeing?
A. Our Art Review Committee is always looking for emerging talent with fresh, new ideas and concepts.

Q. Where do I mail my artwork samples for the Review Board to see?
A. Please send all art samples to:

Rosenbaum Fine Art
Attn: Art Review Board
150 Yamato Rd
Boca Raton, FL 33431

Artists can now also conveniently show us their work by submitting it online. Simply follow the image guidelines below, and our Art Review Board will take a look at your samples.

Q. In what format does the artwork need to be mailed?
A. Samples need to be on either slides, color copies, high resolution prints, or on a burned CD-ROM. Do not send originals and if you would like to have your samples returned, please include with your work a self-addressed stamped postage.

Q. How do I find out the results of the review and how often are reviews done?
A. We will send a letter to you whether we like your work or not. Our Art Review Board gathers about once a month to review all new samples and portfolios.

Q. Do you commission artwork? How often do you publish your artwork?
A. Yes, quite a large portion of our business is commissioned artwork. We publish our artwork year-round.

Q. Are your payments made on a royalty basis or at a flat pay rate?
A. If your artwork is an original piece, we will purchase the piece from you up front. Otherwise we pay royalties on a quarterly basis.
